Welcome to foobar.js ("we," "our," or "us"), a JavaScript learning app. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application (the "App").

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Personal Information

We do not collect, store, or process any personal information. foobar.js is designed to protect your privacy by operating without requiring personal data.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

The App may automatically collect certain non-personal technical information, including:

• App usage statistics (lessons completed, quiz scores)
• App performance data

Important: All learning progress, achievements, and quiz results are stored locally on your device only and are never transmitted to our servers.

foobar.js does not use third-party analytics or collect non-personal usage statistics through external services. The App requests permission for push notifications solely to send reminders about lessons or achievements, and you can disable these any time in device settings.

2.3 Cookies & Tracking Technologies

The App does not use cookies or third-party tracking technologies, except for Apple's advertising pixels (which you can control in device settings). All user data remains on your device without any cloud synchronization or remote tracking mechanisms.

2.4 Log Data & Server Records

Our servers may automatically log: IP addresses, device type, access times, pages viewed, and referrer information for security and troubleshooting purposes only. This data is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted. Log data is never used to personally identify users.

2.5 California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) Disclosure

In compliance with CalOPPA, foobar.js posts this Privacy Policy in a clear and accessible manner. We do not collect personal information, but we disclose the following as required:

All in-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. We will respond within 7 business days. Upon request, we can provide instructions to permanently delete all app data from the device.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Since we don't collect personal data, most GDPR provisions don't apply. However, you have the right to:
